HUD and VA condo statuses, association records, codes and tax rates are shown as they stood on the date we checked them. They can change at any time; your lender, the association and the issuing office have the current answer.
Tools
The condo check, buyer checklist, cost-to-own worksheet and drive-time board are planning aids. The worksheet uses only the numbers you type in and is not a loan quote. Drive times are OSRM route estimates without traffic.

Listing information comes through Gold Peach Realty’s brokerage feed and is deemed reliable but not guaranteed. A listing labelled “condo” may not be a legal condominium; confirm with the recorded documents.
